I've just received an email from some website. I tried to unsubscribe from their newsletter a few weeks ago to no avail: their FAQ was empty and there was no unsubscribing link at
the end of the messages I kept receiving. And now they tell me they took so much time to answer because they had to contact their IT director to do the job.

I just can't believe there are still websites so badly designed. Is that so hard to imagine that people could want to unsubscribe from a newsletter instead of moving emails to a spam folder? Come on, people, it isn't even that hard to code for cthulhu sake.
